A property-related tax relief allows to return some part of money from the state budget that you spent on purchase (construction) of house, apartment or ownership and mortgage services interest payments.

- Consultant draws up a declaration in 2 working days after settlement of payment and provision of all the necessary documents. After that we forward a declaration (with our courier) to you for the review and signature.
- We then send a complete declaration and a set of documents to the tax authorities via mail and provide you with postal matters.
- Upon the expiry of 3 months from the date of declaration filing we contact tax authorities in order to confirm that your application was reviewed and complete and then apply for a money transfer to your bank account.
- You get your money in 10 days.
Who can claim the property-related tax deduction
Everybody who bought:
- A flat/house or built a house starting from 2001.
- Bought a flat or a hose starting from 2007
What amount can be reimbursed
If you bought a housing:
- From 2001 to 2003 you can receive a property-related tax deduction in the amount of 600 thousand RUB with regard to income taxable at 13%. I.e. you can reimburse up to 78 000 RUB
- From 2004 to 2008 you can receive a property-related tax deduction in the amount of 1 million RUB with regard to income taxable at 13%. I.e. you can reimburse up to 130 000 RUB
- After 2008 you can receive a property-related tax deduction in the amount of 2 million RUB with regard to income taxable at 13%. I.e. you can reimburse up to 260 000 RUB
- With a mortgage you can reimburse 13% from all the amount of interests paid during each year till the amortization of loan.
Cost of services
- If you purchase a housing without use of credit – 6 500 RUB
- If you purchase a housing with the use of credit – 8 000 RUB
- Preparation of the deduction regarding the construction of a new house – 11 000 RUB.
